Cancellation Policy:
Attendees are responsible for booking and financially supporting their travel to and from the AFA program unless they are a recipient of an AFA travel grant. They are responsible for their travel even in the event the program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the cancelling attendee for payment to Agriculture Future of America.
· Fast Pass Only – December 9- January 5: A fee of $50 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
· January 6 – January 31: A fee of $200 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
· February 1 – February 14: A fee of $300 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
· February 15 – Institute: A fee of $450 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
