Cancellation Policy
Attendees are responsible for booking and financially supporting their travel to and from the AFA program unless they are a recipient of an AFA travel grant. They are responsible for their travel even in the event the program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the cancelling attendee for payment to Agriculture Future of America.
· Fast Pass Only – April 23 – July 29: A fee of $50 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
· July 28 – August 10: A fee of $200 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
· August 11 – August 24: A fee of $300 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
· August 25 – Institute: A fee of $450 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
